We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within that window — or missed without notice — are subject to a $100 fee plus applicable tax.

A valid credit card is required to hold your booking. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We know life happens. If something comes up, reach out as early as you can — we'll always do our best to work with you.

Please complete your intake forms before you arrive. You'll find them in your booking confirmation email — filling them out in advance means we spend your appointment time on you, not on paperwork.

We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time and wait to be greeted before coming through to the treatment room. NEA is a shared space and this small consideration protects the privacy of every client in the building.

If you arrive 20 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the $100 fee will apply. Out of respect for the clients booked after you, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals beyond that window.
