ABOUT
Nea
In Greek, nea means new. Not new as in the latest thing, new as in becoming. A state of active transformation chosen deliberately, not arrived at by accident.
That's our entire philosophy in a single word.
NEA is a medical aesthetics studio on Queen West, Toronto. Clinical enough to get real results. Human enough that you'll actually want to come back.
Every treatment here was chosen deliberately, because it works, because Emily does it well, and because there are real people walking out of 925 Queen West with results that prove it. Nothing on the menu exists to fill space.
The studio itself was built to feel like somewhere you'd want to be, not a clinical corridor, not a spa trying too hard, but a room that feels considered in the same way you are. Warm, unhurried, and quietly confident.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
What We Actually Believe & Stand Behind

The best result is the one nobody can identify
the best result

Your face is yours, not a trend, not a template, not a treatment plan written for the person who came in before you
your face

Investing in yourself isn't something to justify or explain. It's a standard. And you deserve a studio that holds that standard as seriously as you do
investing in yourself

Transformation isn't something that happens to you. It's something you choose and choosing it here means it's done properly
the transformation
Who walks through the door

Everyone, honestly.
The client who has been coming to Emily for years and followed her here. The one who found NEA at 11pm while spiraling down a research rabbit hole and finally decided to book. The one who has never had anything done and isn't sure where to start. The one who had something done elsewhere that didn't go right and needs someone to be straight with them about it.
NEA is gender-inclusive and comes without assumptions about your history, your budget, or your reasons. The only thing it assumes is that you care about doing this properly.
That's enough to start.
ABOUT THE
Founder
"We'll take a conservative approach and build from there"
It sounds simple. What it actually means is: she's not going to rush your face, chase a trend that doesn't suit you, or agree to something she doesn't believe in because you asked for it. She's going to assess what you actually need — which is not always what you came in asking for — and she's going to be honest with you about the difference.
The treatments she's most proud of are the ones that go unnoticed by everyone except the person who had them. Not because nothing changed, but because everything changed in exactly the right direction.
She would never over-treat. Never perform something she doesn't believe is in your best interest — regardless of what it would mean financially.
Safety and the integrity of the result aren't things she negotiates on. They never have been.

What she's actually in it for
The mirror moment.
Handing someone the mirror after a treatment and watching the confidence arrive, not eventually, not after the swelling goes down, but right there, in the room, immediately. It doesn't get old.
What she finds most rewarding over time is the quieter version of the same thing: watching clients settle into themselves across multiple visits.
More at ease. More sure of themselves. More connected to who they are rather than fixated on how they look. The confidence that builds so gradually it eventually just becomes the way they move through the world.
That's what this work is for.

The thing that doesn't make it into the bio
Emily is genuinely invested in you — not just in how you look at the end of an appointment, but in how you feel over time.
That means she notices the small things. Checks in. Makes sure that whatever evolves still feels like you, not like a treatment plan, not like someone else's face, not like anything other than the best version of the person who walked through the door.
It's not a credential. But it's the reason people stay.
